Remember the hot dogs that I bought from Trader Joe’s and cooked up last week for the Fourth of July? Well… they didn’t exactly turn out so great. Maybe it’s because I accidentally picked up the turkey franks instead of the beef? I didn’t notice much of a difference (but there was also more mayo, mustard, ketchup and relish on my bun than hotdog), but neither Mr. Crumbs nor The Girl finished theirs, and they both LOVE hot dogs. At least for now, hot dogs are banned from the house for a couple months while our taste buds recouperate, lol.
We’ve made last-minute plans to have company over on Tuesday and this is when I’m thankful to have meals planned so far out. All I have to worry about is dessert!
Anyway, I’m looking forward to those buffalo chicken wraps AND the summer squash pasta. Excellent leftovers coming our way this week!!
