When you’re saving money on real food, warehouse stores and bulk delivery options are awesome. When you’re saving money on gluten-free real food, warehouse stores and bulk delivery are a necessity.
After walking through the isles in my local stores, I started to notice a trend: Gluten-free foods are expensive! If you suffer from gluten intolerance or even Celiac’s Disease, you know exactly what I’m talking about. “All natural” fruit and nut bars cost more $1 each, while a small box of crackers will run you $4! And these are just SNACKS! At this rate, there won’t be any funds left in the grocery budget to buy cheese for those crackers!
The best way to combat high food prices is to know how much certain items cost at certain stores. Last week I shared the real foodie’s guide to healthy food at Costco, and today I’m sharing a similar list at The Nourishing Home, except this time it’s all gluten-free.
There are a lot of gems hidden in the aisles and shelves at Costco, and that goes for real food and allergy-friendly foods alike. After scouring the store, I’ve compiled a pretty good list highlighting the most affordable gluten free food at Costco.
Whether you’re avoiding gluten for digestive health or because of a series of health issue, I know you’ll find this list to be helpful. However, the deals at Costco are regional, so there’s a chance it’s not all inclusive. If you’ve found a good deal on a gluten-free food at Costco, let us know in the comments!

The nuts at Costco aren’t Celiac friendly unfortunately. It says on the packages that they may have wheat. Sad. 🙁
