What is the difference between Cajun seasoning and cayenne pepper?
Cayenne pepper is an ingredient in a Cajun seasoning blend, so cayenne pepper is a part of the spice blend commonly used in creole cuisine.
But cayenne pepper stands on its own as a spice that is used to make recipes spicy. It can be used alone, or in spice blends.
What Cajun seasoning is best?
This one, of course! Trust me, making your own homemade spice blend is so much tastier, healthier and cost effective than buying store bought brands like McCormick.
