Snickerdoodle Hummus

– 1 1/2 cups garbanzo beans  – 1/4 cup almond butter – 1/4 cup maple syrup – 1/2 tsp molasses – 2 tsp cinnamon – 1 tsp vanilla extract  – 1/8 tsp baking powder – 1/8 tsp salt, optional – 1–2 Tbsp milk, to thin as needed

In a blender or in a food processor, combine all the ingredients except milk and salt.

Combine

Puree until the mixture is smooth, about 30-60 seconds. Add milk 1 Tbsp at a time to create the desired consistency.

Blend

Taste and add salt (if desired). Adorn with cookie crumbles, if desired, for serving.
