HOMEMADE HOT SAUCE

INGREDIENTS

Wash about 20 peppers. Then, cut the tops off of your peppers and slice in half lengthwise. Tip: Wear gloves!

Prep the Peppers

Add peppers, 1 1/2 cups vinegar, 1/2 tsp salt, 3 tsp minced garlic to a pot. Bring to a boil.  Boil on a low simmer for about 10 minutes until peppers are soft.  

Boil in Vinegar

Blend it (seeds and all) until liquefied. Add additional heat if desired. If you like it hot, add a Habanero (or half of one), re-blend and re-taste.  

Blend it up

Store in a pint size mason jar in the fridge for up to a week.
