Instructions

  1. Line an 8”x8” glass baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some extra on the sides for overhang.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt 2 cup of chocolate and 14 oz of milk until the mixture is smooth. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
  3. If you’re using 1/2 cup of natural peanut butter, stir it well and pour it into one or two strips over the chocolate in the pan. If you’re using conventional peanut butter, it helps to microwave 1/2 a cup of peanut butter for 30 seconds to make it soft.
  4. Using a butter knife, weave back and forth from one end of the pan to the other, making a swirl of peanut butter within the chocolate.
  5. Freeze the fudge for at least 30 minutes, or place in the refrigerator for a couple hours.
  6. Remove the fudge from the pan using the overhang of parchment paper and cut into 24 pieces.
