My goal over the next 10 days is to help you get on track with healthier eating!
Whether you are a seasoned pro at clean eating, or a brand new beginner, this step-by-step reboot will give you the tools to:
- get your family on board with real food eating
- help you establish the “clean eating rules” of your household
- learn how and when to make time for cooking from scratch
- set you and your family up for long-term healthier eating

If you haven’t already, join the FREE Facebook community. This is where you can discuss, ask advice, and share your victories for the challenges.
The training videos for each challenge are posted here and on Facebook. The live teaching and Q&A will be on Facebook with replays posted here. I strongly suggest you watch the videos in order and only one at a time as you work through the 10-day real food reboot. This helps eliminate the overwhelm that comes with clean eating.
