Make rich, delicious avocado chocolate mousse that’s refined sugar-free, dairy-free, and so so yummy! Mix avocado with chocolate and dig in!

Instructions

  1. In a food processor or blender (this is the blender I have), combine all the ingredients except the dark chocolate.
  2. In a small bowl, melt the chocolate in the microwave on high for 20 seconds. Stir well. If the chocolate isn’t entirely melted, place it back in the microwave for 5 seconds and stir well.
  3. Add the melted chocolate to the other ingredients and process or blend on high for about 15-20 seconds.
  4. Divide the mousse evenly between 8 small glass jars or small bowls. You can enjoy right away, or chill for an hour. top with your choice of fresh fruit!

Notes

Store the avocado chocolate mousse in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Either use jars with lids or place a layer of plastic wrap gently pressed onto the top of the mousse. After 2 days, the cocoa avocado mousse can start to taste off and lose it’s chocolate flavor, so try to eat it before then (that’s never been a problem at our house!).
