HEALTHY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Ingredients Butter Coconut Sugar Egg Vanilla Extract Whole Wheat Flour Cornstarch + Baking soda + Sea Salt Cinnamon Dark Chocolate Chips

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract. Mix until combined. Add the dry ingredients (flour, cornstarch, baking soda, sea salt, and cinnamon) and stir until just combined.

Fold in chocolate chips. Chill the dough for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350F.

Measure and bake the cookie dough for 12 minutes. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
