EASY 2-INGREDIENT BAGELS

Ingredients 1. Self-Rising Flour 2. Plain Greek Yogurt

Preheat the oven to 375F. Combine yogurt and self-rising flour in a large bowl, mixing until you have a smooth dough.

Divide the dough into four pieces. Roll each piece into a 9" rope on a floured surface. Shape each rope into a bagel and place on a baking sheet.

Optionally, brush with egg and add desired toppings. Bake for 25 minutes, then cool for 15 minutes before eating.
