Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mash the banana in a bowl and add cooked oatmeal.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Add milk 1 Tbsp if the mixture is too thick to stir.
  4. Pour into a greased 8×8 or 9×9 baking pan and bake for 40-50 minutes, until golden brown.
  5. If desired, serve with fresh fruit and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.

Notes

However, if you decide to make single servings, decrease the cooking time to 20-25 minutes.
