This recipe for Sautéed Green Beans is so buttery and flavorful with fresh garlic. Super easy to make & it comes out perfectly crisp-tender every time! Pairs well with my Almond Crusted Baked Chicken or my Blackened Salmon recipes!

Ingredients

  • 1lb fresh green beans, ends trimmed
  • 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Trim the ends of the green beans and cut into 1” pieces (if desired). Place the green beans on a cast iron skillet and spray them with cooking spray for 2-3 seconds.
  2. Top the green beans with the butter, garlic and salt and pepper.
  3. Cook on medium-high for 4-6 minutes, or until the green beans are your desired tenderness.
