This recipe for Sautéed Green Beans is so buttery and flavorful with fresh garlic. Super easy to make & it comes out perfectly crisp-tender every time! Pairs well with my Almond Crusted Baked Chicken or my Blackened Salmon recipes!
Trim the ends of the green beans and cut into 1” pieces (if desired). Place the green beans on a cast iron skillet and spray them with cooking spray for 2-3 seconds.
Top the green beans with the butter, garlic and salt and pepper.
Cook on medium-high for 4-6 minutes, or until the green beans are your desired tenderness.
