This flavorful, quick and easy No-Mayo Caesar Salad Dressing is made with healthy probiotics, and can be made dairy-free.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat preferred)
  • 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 oz anchovy filets, drained
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp spicy brown mustard
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup Parmesan, shredded (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend or process until smooth, about 30 seconds. Serve immediately, or store in a jar with a lid for 3-5 days. Shake gently before serving.

  • This recipe written as-is makes enough for one salad, so I haven’t had much left over in the fridge. I’d say you’re good for 3-5 days, but use the smell test just in case!
