You’ll love this easy homemade fajita seasoning recipe. It’s perfect on chicken, shrimp, steak and even fajita vegetables . Use it to make slow cooker chicken fajitas or even as a substitute for taco seasoning on taco night .

4 tsp chili powder
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp granulated sugar (optional)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
¼ – ½ tsp cayenne pepper
½ – 1 tsp salt
Combine in a jar with at least ½ cup capacity.
Shake well before using.
Makes about ¼ cup.
Store with other spices.
When making fajitas, use approximately 1 Tbsp seasoning per pound of meat, or more if desired.
