Craving a fudgesicle? You’re going to love this easy recipe for healthy homemade fudgesicles! This classic treat needs just 6 ingredients, plus they’re gluten-free, low-carb, and WAY better than the kind from Walmart!

Ingredients

Scale

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend on low until well combined. Taste, and add more cocoa or maple syrup if desired (usually 1 Tbsp will do the trick). You want the batter to be a little too sweet, as the sweetness will get muted once the pops are frozen.
  2. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 6-8 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Run the mold under warm water to remove easily, and enjoy!

Notes

If you want to use wooden popsicle sticks, let the fudgesicles freeze for about 45 minutes. Then place the wooden sticks in the popsicles and continue to freeze until completely solid.

**Banana (optional). Another natural sweetener option, but it also adds a creamy factor! If you don’t like bananas, you can use a very green banana OR ½ cup Greek Yogurt (plain or vanilla) or ½ avocado.

Ways to Customize Chocolate Fudge Pops

  • Stir in 2-3 Tbsp of peanut butter
  • Melt 2-3 Tbsp of chocolate chips and stir into the batter for an extra chocolatey popsicle!
  • Melt 2-3 Tbsp white chocolate chips and drizzle over the top for a pretty fudge pop
  • Substitute dairy-free yogurt for the banana
