At this point, the hot chocolate is ready to serve with toppings as desired.
If you’re not ready to serve, turn the heat down to as low as it will go (I use the “warm” function on my slow cooker). Whisk well before serving throughout your event!
This recipe can easily be halved if you don’t need that much hot chocolate. This also reheats really well. Store leftovers in a jar and keep in the fridge. Reheat on the stove or in a slow cooker. This will keep in the fridge for 2-3 days, but I only recommend reheating once.
