Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup blueberries

Instructions

  1. Add the ingredients in the order listed to your blender.
  2. Blend on high for one minute, or until completely smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.
