Try this super fast and easy recipe for blackened salmon. Perfect for weeknight suppers when you’re short on time. Pair with simple sides that taste great like lemon butter asparagus or pan-seared broccoli for a healthy and delicious dinner!

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Cover both sides of the salmon with a small amount of olive oil and place the salmon flesh side down on the baking sheet.
  3. Season liberally with blackened seasoning (I use close to 1 tsp of seasoning per fillet).
  4. Bake for 10 minutes and remove from the oven. Serve warm!
