Blackened Salmon

Try this super fast and easy recipe for blackened salmon. Perfect for weeknight suppers when you're short on time. Pair with simple sides like lemon butter asparagus for a healthy and delicious dinner! 




  1. Preheat oven to 400F. Line a small baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Cover both sides of the salmon with a small amount of olive oil and place the salmon skin-side down on the baking sheet.
  3. Season liberally with blackened seasoning (I use close to 1 tsp of seasoning per fillet).
  4. Bake for 10 minutes and remove from the oven. Serve warm!
