This basil pesto hummus recipe is a Zoe’s Kitchen copycat & is better than Sabra & Costo! As easy as mixing pesto and hummus, serve over pasta or as a dip.
Up to 1 cup of hummus (you can use store-bought, but I recommend making your own with this recipe) (240g)
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine ¼ cup of pesto with ½ cup of hummus. Taste and adjust based on your preference, adding more pesto or more hummus so the balance of flavor is how you like it.
Serve with vegetable sticks or olives or pita chips.
