The new year has begun and I am officially on carb overload. Finally, the desire to eat more vegetables and less cookies has sunk in and I am ready to get back in the habit of daily smoothies again. Those accidentally took a back seat while I was stuffing my face with apple pie, gingerbread houses and extra servings of pumpkin pie.
