    I recently found you blog and cannot stay off of here! I ordered your e-book about the protein and bars, and love, love, love it. We are trying to change of way of eating to whole foods. I have done all the cleaning, etc. that you suggested and love how it feels!

    My questions is, I live in a very small town and have limited access to health food stores, etc. Where do you get your hemp hearts and seeds? Do you order them? I would love to get some so I could make the bars.

    These look really good! Unfortunately, I don’t dates or hemp hearts. :-( Anyway- I am always looking for ways to increase my family’s overall protein while reducing animal proteins in our diet (I’m not looking to eliminate animal protein, I’m just trying to do less) so this seems like a really good option. I’ll have to keep an eye out for sales on those ingredients I’m missing!

      There are other options besides dates or hemp hearts, but I can’t give away all the secrets from the book. 😉
