    i like the way how you are saving money,but when staying a small appartment how to dry almonds?
    pls advice!

      Hi Honey,

      If there’s no room for a dehydrator, I’d use an oven at the lowest setting possible. It’s recommended to be no more than 150 degrees, but if you oven starts at 170 (like mine does) go ahead and set it but open the oven door every 30 min or so for about 5 min to help keep the temperature low. :)

      You eat them. ;) Seriously, after 12 hours or so, taste one or two. You want them to be crispy. You’ll notice if they taste a big soggy on the inside.
