Busy seems to be the new normal.
You would think with summer in full swing that the busy-ness might subside. A chance to enjoy summer activities and relax before the packed school year.
But between national holidays, family visits, and frugal vacations the summer is BUSY!
I guess moms don’t get a summer break.
It may be hard to stick to a meal plan during this time of the year, but with a little flexibility a meal plan may be your saving grace. You can even meal plan for vacation and eat healthy food in airports.
Putting a little time up front to plan saves you time and sanity on the busy day. And always remember, meal plans DON’T need to be complicated. If you see the week ahead is going to leave you barely at home, pick simple meals like grilled cheese and soup.
The following meal plan is a mix of simple and more complex. Feel free to mix and match as needed to fit your busy schedule!
