The season of Spring sports is here and the kids are itching to finish up this school year.
It’s a busy phase before summer fun begins!
Spending a prep day at the beginning of the month freezing bread and making slow cooker beans keeps me ahead of the game. I am prepared to throw together a quick meal later on when time gets crunched.
A prep day helps me so much during the busy school year that I keep it up during the summer too. I am able to relax and be spontaneous with the kids when I don’t have to worry about spending time in the kitchen cooking.
I’m sure I’m not the only one that wants to be freed up from the kitchen!
